How To Cold Brew Hot Bloom Method?

Ingredients:

  1. Cold Brew Coffee Maker
  2. Coffee Beans
  3. Manual Burr Grinder
  4. Fresh Water
  5. Goose Neck Kettle

Coffee to Water Ratio: For this, we will use 40 gms of coffee beans to 600 Ml of water.

Step 1:

Well, get your coarsely ground coffee beans. Put grounded cold brew beans into your cold brew maker, remember to use stainless steel one.

Step 2:

Take 200 ml water and put your kettle to boil water. Once the water starts boiling, you can remove it put it aside for a minute so that the water temperature is around 204 degrees Fahrenheit. Now pour hot water on the coffee ground and wait for few moments like 15-30 seconds.

Step 3:

Now pour 400 ml cold water in the cold brew maker and let it rest for 12-24 hours for cold brewing.

Step 4:

Once your brew is ready, remove from the refrigerator, pour it in a coffee cup, and enjoy it.

Cold brew coffee is normally low on acidity. Approximately 67% lower than hot water-brewed counterpart, but by starting the brewing process with hot waters we can release more acids which will balance out any excess sweetness in your drink and give it an interesting twist!
